Privacy

We collect information you choose to provide during checkout or support, along with ordinary website analytics such as page visits, device details, referral information, and campaign parameters. We use that information to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, measure advertising, and improve this offer.

Our advertising measurement may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These tools can receive event information such as page views, checkout activity, browser details, IP address, and Meta click or browser identifiers. We do not sell personal information. Checkout, payment, printing, and shipping providers will process the information needed to perform their services under their own policies.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing support@1983report.com. We may retain records required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or fulfillment purposes.

Preorders and fulfillment

This product is offered as a preorder and printed on demand. The estimated dispatch window shown on the order page is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier.

Any applicable shipping charge and tax will be shown before payment. If a material production delay changes the promised dispatch window, customers will receive an update and may request cancellation before the order enters production.

Returns and refunds

The book includes a 30-day reading guarantee beginning on delivery. To request a return, email support@1983report.com with the order email and order number. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the book must be returned in its original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported with a photo of the item and shipping label so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Orders already in production may not be cancellable before delivery.

Terms and editorial independence

The 1983 Consciousness Report is an independently published documentary and educational reader’s edition. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, the U.S. Army, the Central Intelligence Agency, The Monroe Institute, or Hemi-Sync. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The book explains and contextualizes a historical report. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice, promise altered states or paranormal outcomes, or establish that the historical document’s theories are scientifically proven.

Website copy, original annotations, diagrams, design, and editorial material may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Government-source material and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights and attribution requirements.
